Returns and Exchange
Whether it is at H2 Hub or NFW, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. To help ensure your satisfaction, NFW offers a 30-day exchange policy for online purchases only for watches in new, unworn condition. If you wish to exchange your products, please kindly email us at email@example.com. We will revert within 24 working hours on instructions of the return procedures.
We will examine all returned goods and returns will be approved based on the conditions below:
- Watches and straps/bracelets that show any signs of wear, use or damage are not eligible for return.
- Steel bracelet watches (or spare bracelets) that have had links added or removed are not eligible for return.
- This return policy only applies to purchases made directly from NFW only.
- All products returned are in original packaging with tags intact and unworn, (including the watch box, manuals and warranty)
- Products that have been altered, serviced or repaired by anyone other than NFW or an authorized H2 HUB service center are not eligible for exchange.
After approval, we will proceed to issue credit note in the form of voucher/promo code, which you can use to purchase a new watch on NFW. This promo code cannot be used in our H2 Hub physical stores. The voucher/promo code given for returned goods will need to be used up within 30 days from the date of issue.
Terms & Conditions:
- Strictly no extension of dateline in exchange and credit note usage.
- All exchange are only applicable for 1 time.
- No refund of cash allowed
- For cases of exchange not due to watch defects, customer will have to bear the costs involved in returning the watch.
- Credit note issued is only for the full price of the watch purchased, not applicable to any courier or shipping charges
- Exchange policy for H2 Hub physical stores and NFW online differ, exchange is only allowed within 7 days for physical stores to maintain a better service for our customers.
