Are all your watches Authentic?

NFW is the official authorized reseller of all brands carried in www.newfashionwatch.com. All our goods are genuine and come with an official international warranty. We do not obtain watches from the 'grey market' like some other internet websites. You should beware of buying from companies who are not official suppliers as they are unable to deal with the manufacturer directly and offer you the support you may need in the event of a problem, or are they capable of obtaining replacement parts.

Are batteries included in the watch?

Yes, brand new batteries are included in all watches. These are fitted at the factory by the manufacturer - your watch is ready to wear as soon as you receive it. NFW also offer lifetime free battery replacement with any purchase of watches and you may visit any H2 HUB physical retail stores for servicing.

Do your watch comes with warranty and proper packaging?

Yes, all of our watches come with the full international manufacturer’s guarantee with our official retailer/distributor’s stamp. You can purchase from us assured with the knowledge that your watch is fully guaranteed for the full period against workmanship faults.

Are your watches actually in stock?

Yes, we list products on website for those in stocks. We ship the products direct to you immediately after purchase. In the event if there is error on the website, we will process refund to you should we discover the item is out of stock.

Do you provide free adjustment bracelets services or any other services?

Yes, we can provide free adjustment of bracelets. Please kindly present the official warranty book with NFW official stamp to any H2 HUB physical retail stores and get your watch bracelete adjusted free of charge.
Orders

The parcel I received is not properly packed/sealed. What should I do?

Please kindly send an email to us at info@newfashionwatch.com to feedback to us. We also recommend thoroughly checking the contents of your package once you receive it.

I received damaged/ defective item, what should I do?

If the item you received is damaged/ defective, we are happy to offer you an exchange. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@newfashionwatch.com and we will advise steps for return of damaged/defective item.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please notify us immediately at info@newfashionwatch.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will advise steps for returning the wrong item and we will send you the correct item free of charged.

Can I place a corporate/bulk purchase?

Which payment method do you offer?

We offer payment method in Paypal, Visa and Master. Your card details will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. If you wish to pay in other modes not found in our website, do email to info@newfashionwatch.com to feedback to us.

How can I know if I made a successful payment?

An email notification will be sent to you once your order has been confirmed.

What if I do not find any payment methods that I want?

Shipping & Tracking

How do you ship out items and when will I receive them?

To ensure 100% traceable shipment, all shipment of goods will be shipped via Local Courier for local/Singapore purchase. For overseas customers, we will ship via Fedex Economy or DHL Worldwide Shipping. All shipment will be shipped out on the same day for orders made before 3 PM (SG Time). Otherwise it will be shipped out on the next working day. Alternatively, you may opt to self collect at any of the 3 appointed H2 HUB physical retail stores including West Mall #01-24, AMK Hub #B2-12 and Bedok Mall #01-83/84. How much does the shipping cost?

For shipping via Local Courier, a fee of $7 flat rate is chargeable regardless of no. of items or weight of item. For overseas shipping, shipping fees are set by freight Company depending on your country and weight of parcel. NFW reserves the right to change the shipping fees at any time.

Can I schedule the delivery of my order?

We apologize that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests at the moment, however we are looking towards enhancing our services to serve you better.

Do you offer international shipment?

Yes, we do offer international shipment.

How do I track my parcel?

Please kindly use our tracking system to track your order by providing your email and order number. You may track under “My Account” and log in to your account.

How do I use my discount/promotion code?

It can only be used during checkout and you just need to enter the code into the field. A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount. Please note that you may need to log in to your account in order to use your discount/promotion. Make sure to check if the discount/promotion has been applied to your purchase before submitting the order. Please also note that discount/promotion code sometimes have a minimum spend associated to them, and as such might cause your code to be invalid depending on the size of your shopping cart.
